“Could be good, subpar customer service”
The customer support is extremely underwhelming. I’m a first-time seller, and the representative I was speaking to was not patient. Even though I lack experience in the land area, I felt the interaction was handled poorly. I would not recommend them.
We’d rather over-explain a hard truth than rush anyone into a deal that isn’t ready. Honesty isn’t our tagline — it’s the whole business.
