4.3 USERWAY ACCESSIBILITY WIDGET
Debrosland.com makes available the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget that is powered by a dedicated accessibility server.User-Triggered Enhancements: The Widget allows visitors to improve the accessibility of the site by increasing font size, pausing animations, changing color contrast, and more.Customization: Users may choose combinations that suit their individual needs, in alignment with WCAG Level AAA standards.
4.4 AUTOMATED REMEDIATION TECHNOLOGY (ART)
• The Site has enabled Automated Remediation Technology (ART) for all visitors. ART does not detect Assistive Technology usage; rather, it improves accessibility for all site visitors regardless of ability by deploying remediation capabilities including, but not limited to:
• Non-Text Elements: Images and other non-text elements have alternative text associated with them when required.
• Navigation: Keyboard navigation is improved with aids such as focus indication and skip links.
• Compatibility: Our site is designed to be compatible with standard screen readers (e.g., JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).
4.5 KNOWN LIMITATIONS
While we strive for 100% accessibility, some areas of our site may have limitations due to the nature of real estate data:
• Interactive Maps: Third-party GIS mapping tools used for property boundaries may present challenges for screen reader users.
• Historical Media: Certain legacy drone videos recorded prior to 2024 may not yet have full audio descriptions.
• Third-Party Vendors: We utilize external services (e.g., Adobe, PayPal) for transactions. While we favor accessible vendors, we cannot guarantee the full compliance of their internal interfaces beyond our direct control.
