5.1 YOUR RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF SALE OR SHARING
‍Under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal data.

Notice of Data Sharing: Debrosland, LLC operates as a central marketing entity. We share your personal information (including name, email, and property interests) with our affiliated land-owning LLCs and strategic marketing partners to facilitate property transactions. This activity is legally classified as a "sale" or "sharing" of data.

5.2 HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR CHOICES
You may exercise your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your data through any of the following methods:
• Interactive Settings (Cookie Icon): To adjust your tracking preferences instantly, click the Cookie Icon located in the bottom-left corner of your screen. This icon remains persistent throughout your browsing session. Clicking it will re-open the "Cookie Settings" panel, allowing you to withdraw consent or toggle off "Marketing" and "Sharing" data categories.
• Automated Opt-Out (GPC): We endeavor to honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. If your browser transmits a GPC signal, our systems are configured to treat such signals as a valid request to opt-out of third-party tracking and sharing.
• Manual Opt-Out Request: You may submit a formal request to be excluded from our internal marketing databases by emailing howdy@debrosland.com with the subject line "Opt-Out Request" or by calling (970) 829-8580.

‍5.3 CONFIRMATION OF STATUS
• Digital Status: Your current opt-out status is determined by the selections made via the Cookie Icon settings. If you have selected "Decline" or opted out of "Marketing" cookies, your status is recorded as "Honored" for the duration of your browser's cookie lifecycle.
• Manual Request Status: Upon receipt of an email or phone request, Debrosland, LLC will process your opt-out within 45 days. We will provide a one-time email confirmation once your data has been flagged as "Do Not Sell/Share" in our internal CRM systems.
• Duration: We respect your opt-out choices for a minimum of twelve (12) months before requesting a re-authorization of consent.

‍5.4 MANDATORY ARBITRATION
‍Any dispute arising from or relating to your privacy choices, data requests, or our handling of your personal information shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 3.12 of our Terms and Conditions.
