Land.
They aren't making any more of it. We believe land is the ultimate foundation for freedom and self-reliance. Our mission is to put that power back into your hands — with affordable rural acreage, transparent terms, and zero gatekeeping.
Land is the foundation of the American dream. We're a family-owned land company making rural land ownership simpler, faster, and more accessible than the traditional real estate industry ever bothered to.

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness — each family defining what that looks like for themselves. A cabin, a hunting camp, a homestead, a quiet place. Land is the foundation and the start of a legacy that lasts for generations.
You're why we exist. Every parcel we sell is a new American landowner story. We'd rather sell to a hundred families than a single developer. You are the reason we do this work, one parcel at a time.
Since 2017, we've been buying and selling land across America — parcel by parcel, closing by closing. Here's where we stand.
Our family farm in Timnath, Colorado was built in 1871 and came into the Drehle family in 1978. Those roots still define how we do business today.
A secure path to ownership — every closing handled by a real estate attorney or title company. No handshake deals, ever.
Two brothers, two signatures on every deal. Seth and Bryce oversee each closing personally — no call centers, no third-party reps.
American landowners minted across the United States. Parcel by parcel, carrying on a legacy our grandparents started.
Brothers by blood, partners by choice. Raised on the family farm in Timnath, Colorado. Founded Debrosland in 2017.
A man of the land who never lost his sense of wonder. Seth balances the rugged life of scouting acreage with a passion for storytelling and gaming. Whether he's out on the property or relaxing with a controller, his goal is the same: making sure the American Dream is a reality for the next generation of landowners.
Colorado State University alum. The idea of Debrosland was created while I was still a student at CSU and was officially started after graduation — and the mission hasn't changed since: make land ownership accessible to more Americans than the traditional real estate industry ever bothered to.
When I'm not working on Debrosland, I'm usually outside. Our Colorado neighborhood sits at the foothills of Rocky Mountain National Park, with Longs Peak and Horsetooth on the horizon — and long walks through it, with an audiobook or a podcast in the ear, is where I do my best thinking. I have an insatiable appetite for learning (health, wealth, science, history, whatever's next) and an equally strong drive to take what I learn and actually put it to use.
Weekends in Colorado — when the season allows — mean mowing the lawn on the yellow Walker Mower. There's a full-circle detail in that: Walker Manufacturing was originally part of the Drehle farm before it was sold off, and the factory still sits on that same ground today. My dad worked there for 26 years. Mowing was a big part of farm life growing up, and I still keep up the tradition, just on a smaller patch.
That multi-generational thread runs deeper in the family. In June of 2022, Bryce and I were both inducted into the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution — a lineage that traces back to the founding of the country, and a heritage that shapes how we approach our work today.
At home, I stay active in the home gym, wind down with the PlayStation, and soak up every bit of sunshine Colorado gives. The real heart of the house is our two dogs — Indy (our pitbull mix, who shows up in one of the photos above) and Leia (a chow mix) — and Jade, our black cat, who has decided the house belongs to her.
While Seth is out scouting the acreage, Bryce is the digital architect behind the scenes. A graphic designer with an eye for detail and a gamer's drive for discovery, he ensures every piece of the American Dream is mapped to perfection. Dedicated to creating a seamless, transparent land buying experience.
I'm the other half of Debrosland's brothers-in-business duo. Design runs in the family — our mother spent over 35 years as a graphic designer, and I grew up absorbing the craft before sharpening it with coursework at Front Range Community College. Since Seth and I co-founded Debrosland in 2017, I've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with him on the design side of the business — managing the listing photography, shaping the ad copy, and making sure every touchpoint helps land buyers picture what an acre could become.
Photography has become its own passion. Trips like a recent visit to Tennessee give me raw material that loops back into the brand, and outdoor photography is where my design eye and the outdoor life finally meet in the middle. I like that the craft my mom passed down gets to show up in the work I do today — every listing we publish, every piece of brand material you see, starts somewhere in that process.
That family thread runs deeper than the work. In June of 2022, Seth and I were both inducted into the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution — a lineage that traces back to the founding of the country, and one we carry into the work we do at Debrosland today.
Off the clock, I'm a dedicated home baker. Italian loaves, French boules, and malt breads are on steady rotation, and I'm an unapologetic sci-fi lifer — Star Wars, Star Trek, Stargate, Harry Potter, and the Marvel universe all get shelf space in the house, with a soft spot for Iron Man, Black Panther, and Spider-Man. Rounding out the household are our two dogs, Indy (pitbull mix) and Leia (chow mix), along with Jade — our black cat, house manager, and resident skeptic.
Indoor kid. Bread baker. Builds Debrosland one pixel at a time.
Five moments that shaped Debrosland into the family-owned land company it is today.
Over a century before our family would own it, the farm that becomes our origin story is established. The red barn that still stands today goes up during this era.
Our grandparents acquire the farm. Nearly 50 years of family stewardship begin, and the property becomes the backdrop for three generations of childhoods, memories, and the kind of lessons about land you can't get any other way.
Seth and Bryce launch Debrosland with one mission: share the experience of land ownership with more Americans — not just those who inherit it.
To open up ownership to more buyers at more price points, we begin subdividing larger parcels in Mississippi. The same year, the family farm in Timnath transitions to Hartford Homes — our legacy preserved in the Drehle Memorial Barn, Karel Drehle Park, and the streets that bear our name.
Our Highland cow and brand ambassador arrives to help first-time buyers learn the ropes. Answering the questions you're too embarrassed to ask, one howdy at a time.
“Howdy. I'm Benji — Debrosland's Highland cow and brand ambassador. Stick around and I'll show you the ropes of land ownership.”
Based in Timnath, Colorado, our family farm was originally established in 1871 and has long been a gem of this community. Taking ownership in 1978, our family maintained the property for nearly 50 years, creating countless memories along the way.
There is truly no greater feeling than the experience of living on the land. To an outsider who has lived in the city, it is hard to explain — but imagine waking up to God's beauty shining over the horizon, the birds chirping and the locusts singing while you walk the property. To do that throughout the seasons, enjoying the little things as if they were the entire reason for existence — that is living life on the land to the fullest.
Although the farm is now sold, the hopes, dreams, and life we enjoyed here will live on in us for as long as we walk this Earth. As the farm transitions into its next phase, we want to say thank you to Hartford Homes for keeping the spirit of Timnath and the Red Barn alive. We are deeply touched that the subdivision surrounding the barn has been adorned with streets in honor of our Grandpa Dutch and the Drehle family name. Additionally, the barn has been officially memorialized as the Drehle Memorial Barn, and the surrounding four-acre park is now called Karel Drehle Park, in honor of our Grandma Karel.
The legacy of our family will live on forever as this site becomes home to hundreds of new families. The farm truly was at the root of our origin story, and we hope you find inspiration in our little old farm as you begin your own land-ownership journey.
If you're ever in the area, feel free to drop by the barn at 6091 Dutch Drive, Timnath, Colorado 80547.
To your land ownership,
Seth & Bryce
Whichever side of the deal you're on, the principles don't change: direct, honest, fast, and above-board.
We carry affordable rural acreage across Mississippi and Colorado — timberland, recreational tracts, farmland, homestead parcels. Every listing is straight from us, with no agents in between.
We buy land directly for cash. We're not a broker or a marketplace — we're the buyer. We don't pay retail, but every offer is fair and every closing is above-board.
Whether you're buying, selling, or just curious — the brothers (and our team) are here to help.
