We're Seth and Bryce Drehle-Ewan — brothers by blood, partners by choice. We grew up on our family farm in Timnath, Colorado — established in 1871 and in our family since the late 1970s. Nearly 50 years of roots that went deep.
We started Debrosland in 2017 because we wanted to share the spirit of land ownership beyond our own family. We sold the farm in 2022, but the mission hasn't changed — help Americans own their own piece of this country, the honest way.

Co-founder of Debrosland. A man of the land who never lost his sense of wonder. Seth balances the rugged life of scouting acreage with a passion for storytelling and gaming. Whether he's out on the property or relaxing with a controller, his goal is the same: making sure the American Dream is a reality for the next generation of landowners.

Co-founder of Debrosland. While Seth is out scouting the acreage, Bryce is the digital architect behind the scenes. A graphic designer with an eye for detail and a gamer's drive for discovery, he ensures every piece of the American Dream is mapped to perfection. He is dedicated to creating a seamless, transparent land buying experience.
Selling land is usually a headache. We made it a three-step process — fair, fast, and no waiting for the right buyer.
Send us the parcel info — address, county, and anything you know about it. We do the research on title, tax history, and market value.
A fair number in plain English, within 2 business days. We don't use bots to price your land — we review every parcel personally and make an above-board cash offer.
Zero closing costs — what we quote is what you pocket. No agents, no listings, no waiting for the right buyer. Close through a real estate attorney or title company when you're ready.
"Howdy. I'm Benji — Debrosland's Highland cow and brand ambassador. Stick around and I'll show you the ropes of land ownership."
Buying land is one of the best moves you'll ever make — and one of the easiest to get wrong. Back taxes. Bad access. Deals that look good on paper and turn out to be landlocked swamp. So Seth and I put a few things together for you. Pick the one that fits where you're at.
The one I wish every first-timer had. Takes ten minutes. Saves you months.

Rural land across America, with active listings in Mississippi and Colorado right now. Everything from small town lots to big timber tracts and wide-open rural acreage. Most of what we buy is unrestricted — meaning you can hunt, farm, homestead, park the RV, build a house, or just sit on it as an investment.
When a parcel sells, it comes off the site (to protect buyer privacy), so whatever's listed is actually available. Browse the current listings.
The interactive map on each listing page shows exactly where it sits. Pair that with the parcel number (also on the listing) and most mapping apps can pinpoint it precisely. GPS coords plus parcel number are how folks navigate rural land — it's a different workflow from city addresses, but easier than it sounds.
More questions like this →Yes — the team actively encourages it. Every listing has photos taken on-site, but nothing beats walking a parcel yourself. We know not every buyer can make the trip, which is why we pack each listing with photos, maps, and county data so you can do your homework from wherever you are.
More questions like this →Cash closings through a real estate attorney or title company typically take 7 to 30 days once a purchase agreement is signed. Financed closings can take 30 to 90 days depending on the lender and the county.
More questions like this →Yes. A hold costs $100 per week. That $100 gets applied to your purchase if you close on the parcel, but it's otherwise non-refundable. Contact our office directly to set one up.
More questions like this →Yes. The title companies we close through sell title insurance policies directly, and they'll be happy to write one for your parcel.
More questions like this →Every dot is a state. We're actively buying and selling in Mississippi and Colorado — and working our way toward the other forty-eight.
